Our Story
Welcome to Staff Solutions UK Ltd, a venture I started back in January 2008. With a background working in HR and Recruitment for big and small companies, I saw some questionable practices!
I felt that with my knowledge and experience I could build a reputable business to service clients and candidates in the South East. My goal has always been to build a recruitment agency that people could trust. Fast forward 15+ years, I have a fantastic team around me, and together, we've got over 50 years of recruitment experience in many different sectors. I'm really proud of what Staff Solutions has become!
We've supplied staff to over 100 large corporate businesses and have built up a loyal client base of returning customers. At our core, we believe in building relationships. We take care of our clients and candidates, and most of our business comes from people telling others about us.
When I'm not steering the ship at Staff Solutions, you'll find me walking my dogs, enjoying Cornwall, and hanging out with friends and family.

We want to build trust and loyalty and to ensure this, we ALWAYS meet our candidates face-to-face and carry out a full interview before placing them with a client.
Our clients and candidates are able to reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our “on-call” service. This is a direct line to us - not outsourced - so if you ever need to contact someone who understands your business and requirements out of hours, we’ll be there for you.
