From the moment you contact Staff Solutions you will be provided with a dedicated Account Manager who will arrange to visit your business at a time convenient to you to gain a a greater understanding of how your business operates. Our “on-call” service means you have a direct line to us - not outsourced - so if you ever need to contact someone who understands your business and requirements out of hours, we’ll be there for you.

We’ve been building our bank of quality and reliable temporary staff for over 15 years, so we’re
confident we can find someone who is suitable to your requirements.

How we work

We meet EVERY candidate and interview them face-to-face. Our interviews include numeracy and literacy tests for Warehouse Operatives and Commercial Candidates, as well as Highway Code and Tacho-tests for Driving candidates.

 

We also carry out DVLA checks for all drivers. Every candidate is asked to provide information from previous employers so that we are able to carry out reference checking. It is vitally important that we check that every individual we supply to our clients has the right to work in the UK. To give you peace of mind, we will use our state of-the-art document-checking system to ensure this.

Peace of mind

We also have a Gang Masters licence which allows us to supply staff to the Food Industry which is available for clients to view at www.gls.gov.uk.
